Physical DescriptionColorless glass, cardboard and paper; blown, cut, polished. Vase: pear-shaped. Rim outsplayed, with horizontal top; wall splays to rounded shoulder, then tapers; base plain. Cut and polished decoration on outside of rim, wall, and underside of base. On rim: continuous horizontal band of eight contiguous pointed-oval facets, each oval consisting of two inclined planes, which meet at longer axis. On wall, extending from shoulder to base: overall pattern consisting of two continuous horizontal bands of diamond-shaped panels defined by long parallel-sided facets with lanceolate ends; each band contains four contiguous panels and each panel contains one vertical oval facet; each triangular space between tops of diamonds in upper band is filled with half of one vertical pointed-oval facet; triangular spaces between bottoms of diamonds in lower band are plain. On base: star composed of eight radial pointed-oval facets. Acid-etched at bottom of wall "1995 / WS" ("WS" as monogram).
