Physical DescriptionOpaque black, reddish-brown, transparent green, non-lead glasses; flameworked. Life-like and life-sized spider with four pairs of long, thin articulated green and black legs emerging from front half of double-ovoid lobed body; small head indicated by two applied reddish eyes and pair of short extending antennae with ball tips; larger rear lobe has metallic inclusion with trailed and pulled black decoration encased in green glass, underside bears tool marks, unsigned.
