Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled. Straight-sided, cylindrical form, with rounded base and flat bottom; white and black enameled decoration, including a scalloped border above two horizontal lines and a row of dots; on one side, a finely detailed depiction of a robed, crowned man on horseback, carrying an orb and scepter; on the reverse, a crowned double- headed eagle with coat of arms on its breast; inscribed "Ihr Rom: Kayse/Maystatt/Anno Dominj/.1685." on one side, and "Simbolum/mitt Rath=schlagen/ist nicht vetahn/wan nicht der/ Fleiss legt hand/mitt an"; rough pontil mark; three solid ball (bun) feet applied to the rim.
