Physical DescriptionColorless and transparent red non-lead glasses; blown, overlaid, relief-carved, inside-painted. Tall, ovoid form; red overlaid on colorless; the inside matte ground; waisted neck and flared rim, with cut chamfer on top, band of red on the side; the rounded shoulders and tapered sides with red, relief-carved flowering prunus branches at the sides of rounded, roughly rectangular frames with lobed corners, enclosing reverse-painted decoration, one a landscape with a building among rocky outcroppings, the other with a colorful bird on a rock, with flowering branch below; the base with wide red spreading foot; the foot rim polished flat, with recessed central circular panel.
