Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, stained, engraved. Waisted, bell shape; the rim cut; the sides with cut oval, concave facets; stained yellow all over; engraved view of a classical building in trees in one medallion, a group of buildings in another, and large buildings in a third; inscribed "CONGRESS SPRING", "EMPIRE SPRINGS", and "UNITED STATES/HOTEL" and scrolls in the medallions above and below; polished base, with polished concave pontil mark.
