Physical DescriptionTranslucent "Calcite" lead glass cased with purplish-blue lead glass and "Gold Aurene" lead glass; blown. Circular upper rim;; cylindrical "Gold Aurene" neck with applied encircling blue and white "zigzag" decoration; rounded shoulder curvilinearly tapers to base; "Gold Aurene" leaf and vine decoration at shoulder; rough pontil; wheel engraved with late signatures: "F. Carder 1925" on lower side; "F. Carder Aurene" underneath foot. Probably unique, possible variant of shape design no. 2456.
