Physical DescriptionColorless glass, multicolor enamels, metal screen, metal frame; cast in a sand mold. Vertical rectangular solid plaque in form of a picture frame with beveled molding enclosing rectangle with twelve small heads (and, in most cases, front fins) of what appear to be dolphins, porpoises and whales emerging from the flat background with silverish appearance; heads have mottled powdery coloration in shades of blue and red that bleeds onto background; back side of center rectangle backed with aqua-patinated metal screen that can be perceived through the glass from the front; back of panel also has attached deep welded metal angle-iron rectangle with stationary hanging rings; overall rough texture and pitting; inscribed in script at center of back base edge: "Roberta Eichenberg 1991 "Unfortunato Victims".
