Physical DescriptionAlmost opaque turquoise blue glass; cast in open mold. Miniature column, with capital and base; outer surfaces molded in relief, backside flat. Capital has rectangular block, with height approximately one-half of width, below, which it tapers, then expands into rounded molding; column plain, with semi-circular cross-section; base closely resembles capital, but is inverted. Backside has deep striations made when glass was ladled or poured into mold.Provenance
