Physical DescriptionTranslucent magenta/brown non-lead dichroic "safirin" glass; glass melted in a mold, ground, polished, cut. Upright solid, shallow, almost rectangular sculpture with thin edges; front surface extends in three unequal planes, flat back, slightly irregular exterior edges; rectangle is sliced through from the base almost to the top at an angle creating an "R"-shaped wedge opening on the front (with long irregular diagonal front edge, the other interior edges are straight) and a parallelogram-shaped opening on the back; sculpture rests on two unequal flat triangular feet; overall matte surface except for shiny back side; inscribed in block letters on lower front left edge near base: "S. Libenský J. Brychtová 1989".Provenance
