Physical DescriptionColorless glass with yellowish tint, bubbly; blown, with applied decoration. Flask with pear-shaped body; short vertical rim with rounded-off lip and small folded flange immediately below it; neck tapers then straightens before curving inward at bottom, where it is closed off by folded diaphragm with small aperture at center; pear-shaped body curving inward at bottom to flat base; applied ring base, pontil mark. Decoration applied: below rim, narrow trail wound three times around neck; on body, overall pattern of flattened, undulating "snakes" with notched bodies.Provenance
