Physical DescriptionPinkish-white plaster, light brown plasticine; cast, applied, tooled; ovoid form in shape of armadillo; tapered head with two eyes and two flat ears; humped shell that is ribbed in middle, ribs flare out from ridge of back down both sides of shell; plasticine applied to bottom of one side of shell, tooled to blend into design; rounded oblong shaped tail curved under bottom of shell to base; base convex with flat outer edge and raised portion in middle, red lines drawn over and around raised portion, down width (including underside of head), and around one half of shell circumference; "[J.?] JIUAH" written in black near tail end of base.Provenance
