Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead borosilicate glass; red, yellow, white, blue, black and orange paper; pressed; a) circular pie plate; raised rim band with machine finished edge, pinched around the circumference of the rim interior; two handles, one opposite the other, ends rounded, rounded shoulders, sides flared out to rim; sides of plate tapered in to base; flat circular bottom, "229 A 24cm FOR OVEN AND MICROWAVE / PYREX® / 75 ANNIVERSARY [in script over 75] / 1915 1990 / NO STOVETOP OR BROILER CORNING NY USA" molded into center of base; b) paper ring insert; "9 ½" FLAVOR SAVER PIE PLATE / Ideal For Microwave" printed twice on opposite sides of ring front, "PYREX® / 75 Anniversary [in script over 75] / 1915 1990" printed on other two opposite sides; manufacturing, warranty, and use and care information printed on back on ring; two oblong shaped tabs off sides of ring, one opposite the other, "PYREX® ORIGINALS / AMERIC'S ORIGINAL GLASS OVENWARE BY CORNING / 229-A" printed both sides of each tab.
