Physical DescriptionTransparent non-lead glass; reddish brown glass-ceramic (PYROCERAM); purplish brown, borosilicate (PYREX®); pressed; a) Hemispherical shape; machine finished rim; long horizontal handle, tapered in from pan to end, "... / VISION ® / .CORNING. / .U.S.A ./ 2.5 L/A" molded into top of handle near pan; squared off handle tab opposite long handle, sides flared out to rim; body of pan tapered in to base; "Run 23/early 1991" and "1214 gm" written in black marker on bottom of pan interior, yellow piece of paper with "Lightweight/version" written on it also on bottom of interior; flat circular base; b) circular cover; round knob with concave top, bottom of knob flared in then out into cover; cover domed, slightly raised circle in center of cover around knob; flat rim, "PYREX® V-2.5-C B" molded into top of one side of rim, "34" molded into top of opposite side; inside retaining rim on underside of cover.
