Physical DescriptionOpaque white and colorless non-lead glass; blue decoration glass-ceramic (Pyroceram); borosilicate; pressed, screen printed;a) deep square shaped pan with rounded corners; machine finished rim; two handles, handles slightly angled up, have squared off ends and sides that flare out to rim, "CORNING WARE ®/A-3-B 3 QUART/RANGE-OVEN-MICROWAVE/CORNING, NY, USA 278MA" printed onto underside of one handle; pan tapered in to base, blue cornflower emblem printed on two sides of pan without handles; flat square base;
b) square shaped cover with rounded corners; round knob, top of knob concave, bottom tapered in then flared out to cover; cover domed with flat top, raised circle in center around knob, flat rim, "3 PYREX® ® A9C" molded into top of rim; inside retaining rim on underside of cover.
