Physical DescriptionOpalescent red glass shading to yellow; mold-blown, cut. Flat circular flattened plate-like reflector with air trap design and threading of red glass at ruffled rim shading to yellow in the center. Inset "jewel" of fiery opalescent glass with cut facets in a metal frame. Backside of reflector has connected brass ring to fit over candleholder. Ring stamped "PAT. OCT. 1887 / S.G.D.G.".Provenance
