Physical DescriptionTransparent bluish green; small bubbles, and black inclusions near rim. Blown (body perhaps blown in dip mold); linear-cut. Bottle with cylindrical body. Rim plain, with rounded lip; neck shaped like funnel; shoulder rounded; wall vertical, curving in at bottom; base flat; pontil mark. Rather perfunctory decoration on neck and wall, using cuts 0.2–0.25 cm wide. On neck: three equidistant vertical cuts extending from rim two-thirds of distance to bottom. On wall: two registers, each with continuous horizontal groove at bottom. Upper register occupies one-third of wall and contains fourinverted U- or V-shaped motifs, separated at top by single short oval cuts. Lower register occupies two-thirds of wall and contains three large U-shaped motifs, each of which has, inside, inverted V-shaped motif above single oval cut and, outside, inverted V-shaped motif above two oval cuts.
