Physical DescriptionColorless, with golden iridescent surface, and streaks and spots of blue oxide; two gathers blown into mold, rim finished at furnace, bit applied; surface sprayed (?) and sprinkled with metallic oxides; center of base ground and polished. Bottle: rectangular. Rim outsplayed with thick, rounded lip; sloping shoulder, rounded at edges on longer axis; wall vertical; base plain, with four short "feet" at angles and concavity at center. Mold-blown and applied decoration on one long side of body: mold-blown human head in low relief, shown frontally, wearing tall hat with wide brim; above hat, applied circular disk. Rim and shoulder streaked and speckled with blue; body covered with golden iridescence with some spots and streaks of blue. Roughly circular area at center of base ground and polished, and inscribed by acid etching or engraving "BODA/ UNIK/ 3338/ B. VALLIEN".
