Rectangular sheet, cream on one side and gray on the other, folded in quarters with the cream inside; printed with "Introducing". / THE FIRST TABLECLOTH / MADE ENTIRELY OF GLASS" on the cover and the following message on the right hand inside fold: "This first all-glass cloth introduces Fiberglas as a beautiful new fabric for many decorative uses. Because it is pure glass, Fiberglas will retain its beauty and lustre indefinitely. Entirely inorganic, Fiberglas has characteristics not found in other fabrics. It is durable and destined for long-life with reasonable care. Color-fast. Mildew- and fire-proof. It will not shrink or stretch. It is readily washable. THIS TABLECLOTH - No. 98 OF A "FIRST EDITION" OF 500 HAS BEEN CUSTOM-WOVEN FOR ALEXANDER D. FALCK" with "FIBERGLAS / T.M. Reg. U.S. Pat. Office" interspersed in a lighter ink.
