Physical DescriptionOpaque white lead glass; blown, enameled; enameled copper. (a) Tall-stemmed form with cylindrical candle cup, with flared rim, the sides with enameled floral spray with a multi-petaled pink and yellow flowers; double merese, flattened ball knop, and triple merese above a spirally twisted, finely ribbed stem; triple coil collar at the base, above three mereses; domed foot including a spray of pink, yellow and blue five-petaled flowers, and a brilliantly colored butterfly; rough pontil mark. (b) Cup-shaped top, on a cylindrical tube; enameled white, with floral sprays on the inside of the cup: one with a pink rose, a blue-and-yellow flower and a pink-and-blue flower; another with lavender-and-yellow flowers; another with pink flower; lavender wavy border at the center; the colors slightly more garish than 64.2.14 A.
