Vertical quadrilateral, wider at top than bottom, with upper and lower edges parallel, and right edge vertical; upper, lower, and right edges cut, left edge grozed. Decorated with cherub, with head growing out of folded wings and boyish face shown almost frontally but turned slightly to left, in gold with scratched details, against deep blue background flecked with white and gold leaf.
