Physical DescriptionClear thin glass; free-blown and engraved. (A,B) Champagnes; flat spreading foot, slender solid baluster stem framed by two mereses, high conical pinched bowl in form of a quatrefoil; on the bowl four tendril and leaf pendants, two of which having a pair of perched birds on top, below rim a simple ribbon, on foot a flower and leaf wreath and a wavy line. (C,D) Wines; similar to (A,B) except for the lower, broader bowl. (E,F) Tumblers; straight-sided body with flat base and pinched to form a quatrefoil; engraved decoration similar to (A,B), on the base a square with four flowers emerging from the corners.Provenance
