Physical DescriptionTransparent amber non-lead glass cased in colorless, iridescent interior; blown, iridized, cut, engraved. Oversize goblet with bell-shaped bowl, flared rim is fire polished, bowl opens into hollow stem that flares and is attached to low-domed base by large solid patty; interior is iridized; exterior of bowl has engraved vertical panel decoration of seven window frames with pointed arches enclosing drapery panels tied back by tasseled cords, base of each frame connected to others by double stepped horizontal band of engraving; between each window are rows of facsimile signatures (Henry A. Buck, Paul Starrett, A.S. Blodget, Frank L. Baker, R.C. Vanderbilt, James G. Marshall, Chas. I. DeBevoise/A.H. Smith (crossed out), Walter Merrall, F.S. Doremus, G.E. Tarbell, J. Garner West, Frederick C. Brown, Clifton K. Baumann/W.T. Coch (spelled with "K" in article), Wm. H. Bolton, G.E. Wallace, E.L.J. MacVicker, Edward H. Koch, H. Bertram Legg, Frederick Wm. Kobbe; S.C. Salmon (underlined); stem is carved in broad spirals broken by four evenly spaced vertical bands, ends of spirals top bind of short cut flutes; base decorated with four engraved monograms of "B" within floral medallions, rim of base cut in short flutes; base rim ground and polished flat, underside of base iridized, half-rough pontil; inscribed in script on base around pontil: "Louis C. Tiffany - Favrile 7122 L".
