Physical DescriptionDouble Snuff Bottle with 2 Stopper Spoons. Transparent amber non-lead glass, pale lavender stone, black disk, ivory, cork; carved (from a solid block of glass). (a) Two flattened, ovoid forms, joined along one side 双连瓶; each with a short, cylindrical neck, with polished flat top and opening for a stopper and spoon; the sides rounded, the faces slightly rounded, with a long, rounded groove between the two bottles on both faces; the bases of the bottles with cut oval depressions. (b, c) Domed, circular button of pale lavender stone, mounted on a black disk; tapered cork shank; long ivory spoon with slender handle and pointed oval spatulate bowl.
