Physical DescriptionLarge canes with opaque white spiral in a translucent blue matrix with streaks of amethyst and green glass, thick dull iridescent weathering product on all surfaces, especially heavy in opaque white areas; mold-pressed, mosaic glass technique, polishing. Rim rounded by grinding, wall bends in to form shallow bowl, exterior decorated with twenty-seven heavy ribs beginning ca. 1.5 cm. below rim and tapering sharply toward the base; slightly concave underside.Provenance
