Physical DescriptionWhite translucent glass with gold surface glass; mold-blown, iridized. Lampshade: bell-shaped. Top rim is short and everted, with ten sides and flat upper surface finished by grinding; wall curves out and down at top, then descends almost vertically, before splaying at bottom; bottom rim is ten-sided, with rounded lip. Wall is decorated from top to bottom with ten vertical ribs, which meet bottom rim at junctions of pairs of sides. Translucent white glass has yellowish gold outer surface with iridescent highlights; incomplete acid-stamped mark on inside of top rim: fleur-de-lis with superimposed ribbon inscribed STEUBEN.
