Physical DescriptionWorchester Sugar Bowl with Cover. Brown-amber glass, heavy; bowl and cover each pressed in one piece; octagonal bowl with straight sides spreading from half-round molding at bottom to nearly upright wide galleried round-scallop rim, octagonal spool stem, circular foot with ground and polished pontil mark; on sides, eight low broad Roman arches below chain of sunken ovals. Double domed, octagonal paneled cover with octagonal button-knopped knob.
