Physical DescriptionPaperweight with Bird. Colorless, white, green, pink lead glass; paperweight, lampworked, millefiori, filigree. Domed, circular form, enclosing a stylized white bird with green and pink spots, green and pink wings, green beak and eyes, and yellow-green tail; hovering over (a six-petaled white "gardenia" with central white star and pink whorl millefiori cane; with eight green leaves and stem; on a bed of short lengths of white filigree backed with parallel lengths of white filigree rods; polished flat base.
