Physical DescriptionTranslucent deep blue glass, with opaque orange, opaque yellow and translucent deep blue patches, and opaque white and translucent violet cane; probably gathered on a metal rod, which was rotated rapidly, causing the glass to assume its present annular form, transferred from the rod to a tool with a cone-shaped end to cool; decorated with pieces of preformed cane. Bracelet: approximately circular, with obliquely pointed cross-section. Outer surface decorated with seven equidistant patches, each with five transverse stripes (narrow blue, flanked by wider yellow, flanked by orange) and with narrow, spirally twisted white and violet cane applied to point.Provenance
