Physical DescriptionTranslucent white and light blue non-lead glasses; blown, cut, enameled, gilt. Ovoid bowl with flared rim; blue overlay on translucent white; cut rim with band of fine gilt foliage; the bowl elaborately cut, with panels with rounded cut niches at the top, the niches with gilt palmettes; the panels with elaborate gilt panels with birds and flowers; each panel with a raised oval panel with relief-cut palmette; panel-cut stem with gilt and enameled foliage, flowers and birds; elaborately cut foot with deep notches and cut petal rim, panel-cut on top, with gilt and enameled flowers and foliage; elaborate cut grooving on the underside of the foot.
