(a) Pressed and ornately embossed silver-colored metal kerosene lamp base that has been fitted with electrical wiring. Knob stamped, " M.B. C.O. / N.Y." on face. Cylindrical cardboard tube surrounds light bulb socket. (b) Mold-blown dome-shaped shade consisting of translucent white overlaying transparent red glass to produce coin dot pattern, cased in colorless glass.
