Physical DescriptionFragment. Colorless glass with yellow tinge, milky white iridescent surface, some pitting; probably blown, enameled, gilded. Large vessel fragment preserves slight curve of body, decoration consists of a small gilt panel in which a kufic inscription has been laid out in opaque red enamel and then filled with "relief" lines of heavy blue enamel, kufic inscription filled with gilt.Provenance
