Physical DescriptionBank. Lead glass, colorless; free-blown with applied and tooled decoration; globular body with opaque white spiral tape, depressed top with coin slot at center, applied short blade-knopped stem and flat circular foot with slightly rough pontil mark; two applied hoop handles crossing at center top; twelve vertical applied pincered trailings of quilled bands on body, and, on handles, tapering to applied ornamental finial.
