Physical DescriptionFragment of Cup or Bowl. Almost colorless, with faint bluish tinge; decorated in yellowish brown, brownish yellow, and dark brown. Blown; stained. Fragment of cup or bowl. Wall (Th. 0.1 cm) is almost straight, but has slightly convex profile. Decorated on both sides. On outside: horizontal stripe (W. 0.3 cm) forms upper (or lower) border of register divided, if design was repetitive, by transverse stripes (W. 0.2 cm) into triangles, with those that have apexes pointing up alternating with those having apexes pointing down; all stripes are yellowish brown and have narrow red “halos;” parts of three triangles survive, two of which contain yellowish brown curls. On inside: behind best preserved triangle, two dark brown patches.Provenance
