Physical DescriptionTranslucent deep blue glass; free blown with applied and tooled decoration; acid etched; applied foot with concave center; having rough pontil mark, cylindrical at top and bottom tapering body with slender cylindrical neck flaring to cup mouth; two solid ear shaped handles applied to upper neck and shoulder; on the body combed feather pattern in blue, brick red, white and yellow glass forming eight panels, a yellow spiral thread in relief around lower body and mouth, the whole surface is very rough after having been treated with acid, with exception of the pontil mark area.Provenance
