Physical Description"Spin" Earrings in Original Box. (ab) Colorless borosilicate glass, titanium, 925 silver; water jet-cut, flameworked, assembled. Pair of earrings, each with a colorless glass disk set within a long, thin oxidized silver mount like a wheel attached to an axle; glass spins freely within mounts. (c) Black cardboard box with magnetic closure.

The artist Richard Whiteley gifted the earrings to Susie Silbert when she was traveling to Australia National University as a visiting critic. Susie subsequently donated the work to the Museum.
