Ground and polished glass lenses, plate glass, rolled brass; assembled. 5 cm long brass tube with aperture at one end, high power (40x) lens at the other, and spring loaded stage plate for glass slides. Original wood case, instructions, three prepared specimen slides, and three blanks one with concave center for aqueous specimens trapped between slides.
