Physical DescriptionLight green glass; blown-molded; plain lip, pontil mark on base. Obverse: three-quarter view of Washington in uniform facing left. Reverse: American Eagle, head turned to right; shield with ten bars on breast; wings partly raised and right foreshortened. Thunderbolt (three arrows) in its right talons, olive branch of different shape in left. Sun rays above eagle's head surmounted by nine six-pointed stars. Eagle stands on oval frame broken at top with inner band of thirteen fairly large pearls. Two crossed curving lines in center of frame. Five short and two long converging vertical ribs at bottom of flask. Inscription: "GENERAL WASHINGTON". Similar to GI-1. Edges: horizontal beading with vertical medial rib.
