Physical DescriptionOrangish-amber glass, oroplastic, gilding; mold-blown, cut, gilt, acid-etched. Tall panel-cut orangish-amber candlestick with flared circular foot, ovoid stem with elongated air bubble, and flattened knop separating stem from candlecup. Candlestick outfitted with gilded and acid-etched oroplastic frieze depicting classical figures (the fight between the Greeks and the Amazons, or Amazonomachy).Provenance
