Even after the introduction of electricity, kerosene lamps continued to be used in many homes.
Physical DescriptionWhite glass; mold-blown, enameled and assembled with brass fittings. Faceted body of lamp has wide rounded body which tapers to top and is decorated around foot with floral pattern and around body with an image of a wind-mill landscape in blue and gray. Topped with burner and shade assembly. b) Faceted shade is decorated with wind-mill and sail boats in blue and gray. Inscription (stamped) DELFT. On bottom
