Barrel shape; with ground lip; screw threads on neck, mold seams on each side; obverse embossed: "MASON'S/PATENT/NOV 30TH/1858", Hero cross with HFJ Co. monogram between "MASON'S" and "PATENT"; base embossed "PAT NOV 26 67" in a circle around "347".
