Physical DescriptionPale green glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark, non-lead. Obverse: designs on oval panels; American Eagle, similar to GII-41 except twenty-five rays, slightly longer. Eight vertical bars on shield. End of olive branch extends into oval frame with inner band of twenty-three small pearls. Reverse: full rigged frigate sailing to right, American flag at rear; waves beneath frigate. Inscription: "T.W.D." in oval frame beneath eagle; reverse - "FRANKLIN" in semi-circle beneath ship. Edges: three vertical ribs.
