Physical DescriptionCelery Vase with Engraved Decoration. Lead glass, colorless; blown-molded for decorative bands, free-blown, tooled and engraved, long slender cylindrical bowl flaring at rim, applied short blade-knopped stem and flat circular foot with rough pontil mark; on bowl at bottom, baroque pattern GV-21--tapering ribs swirled to left on bottom and, on sides, similar ribs to right, single horizontal scroll band--, below engraved circlet of large leaf sprays and four daisy-like flowers with polished center; (tooled) incised horizontal lines giving ribbed effect to rim.Provenance
