Physical DescriptionPlate. Lead glass, colorless; pressed; circular form, sides flaring in concave curve from narrow table-ring to rim with alternate round and pointed serrations; smooth upper, patterned under surface; thirteen acanthus leaves and small fleur de lis alternating, tips of each in line with sawtooth edge of stippled background on sides, rope ring around sides at base of leaves; on base, rope ring at edge, circle of thirteen rings with eight-petal tiny flower in each, on stippled background and, at center, large, cusped medallion with large American eagle with arrow and olive branch in talons and head to right (viewed from upper side).
