Its concave neck has two raised neck rings and flaring top. The waisted section below the main body terminates in a flared, petal-cut foot. The sides of the body contain cut vertical panels of crosshatched octagonal bosses alternating with tiny pyramids stained in transparent blue. The panels alternate with vertical, blue-stained cut ribs and there is an undecorated oval panel on the front.
