Physical DescriptionGreenish-colorless glass; blown, wheel-cut, ground and polished. Ovoid shape, plain, incurved rim with plain lip finished at glory hole; wall curves outward to mid-point and then curves in to bottom; narrow base; decorated with three horizontal zones of wheel-cut oval facets, from top to bottom: (1) shortly below rim, band of 15 vertical broad facets alternating with pairs of smaller, narrower horizontal facets (in each pair, one is just above level of tops of vertical facets and other is just below level of bottoms of vertical facets; (2) occupying approximately one-half of height of wall, zone of five contiguous horizontal rows of vertical facets, which do not continue around entire vessel but stop on either side of undecorated area 3.0 to 3.5 cm across; (3) near bottom, band of seven vertical broad facets above band of five horizontal narrow facets; under base, one circular facet.
