Physical DescriptionDiatreta Vase. Green, blue and colorless, marbleized lead glass; cire perdue technique. Cylindrical shape; triangular top, with female figure at each point, which continue down length of vase to form three ribs; scalloped rim; ledge below rim; frieze of separate floral forms; ledge below frieze; six dancing female figures around vase; ledge near base with three pairs of short ribs; signed on base: "F. Carder 1952"; overall satin finish.
