Physical DescriptionFavrile Cup and Saucer. Possibly lead glass, mother-of-pearl, iridescent blue and gold; probably free-blown; cup: ovoid bowl incurving at rim and tapering at bottom to flaring circular foot with ground and polished pontil mark; small loop handle terminating in broad oval; mother-of-pearl outside and iridescent gold inside, iridescent blue band inside and outside below rim; matching saucer with flaring convex sides and flat table-rim on bottom. Both marked on bottom "9186 J. L. C. Tiffany-Favrile".
