Physical DescriptionBlack tinted (matte finish) opaque glass with multicolored decoration; multiple gathers, blown. Flattened ovoid shape tapering to short cylindrical neck, gently flaring towards rim; flat rim with rounded edges; ridge below neck indicates overlapping of additional gather of black tinted glass; abstract decoration of numerous glass bits and cane fragments, predominantly white, pink and blue tinted glasses, on both flattened sides; flat base with concave polished pontil area; signed around pontil area "Monica Backstrom [in script] BODA SWEDEN 1976 [in upper case block letters]."
