Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, engraved. Tapered bucket bowl; engraved representation of the iron bridge at Sunderland, with a ship sailing beneath it, in an oval frame with dotted surround; swag border on the reverse; engraved monogram "SG" flanked by rose and thistle sprays; double merese above a stem swelled at either end, with an angular knop at center; disk foot; polished pontil.Provenance
