Physical DescriptionOlive amber glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: Lafayette, profile facing right. Reverse: oval frame enclosing French Liberty Cap on pole and semi-circle of eleven five-pointed stars above frame. Inscription: "LA FAYETTE." in semi-circle above bust; below "COVETRY" in semi-circle above "C-T"; "N" omitted; reverse - below frame "S & S". Edges: finely ribbed vertically; two horizontal ribs at base which extend around flask.
